Our server, Paula was sensational. Patient accommodating started with an eight Toppe moved to a 10 top. Everything was on time and spectacular. Thank you, Paula.

Best steak we’ve EVER had!! Husband got the prime rib, I had the 6 ounce filet, and both were mind blowing. Sides were truffle fries and house made Mac and cheese with added bacon. We also got mussels for our appetizer, and they were delicious!! Zack was our server, and he was AWESOME! Very friendly and relatable, was sure to keep us topped off on our drinks, checking in periodically to see if we needed anything else. Been living in St. Pete for a little over a year, and this was our second time at Cassis, finally getting able to have dinner, and it did NOT disappoint. If you’re looking for a top notch meal, especially steak, this is the spot!

Ann- was the event manager I have worked with twice now to set-up large group dinners parties!!! She made the experience amazing and seamless. Great communication, so easy to work with. Definitely recommend her! Great service as well.

Oh my gosh, it’s been 3 years since I’ve been to Cassis and I am writing this review at my table and I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS BUT OMG!!!Okay first, the restaurant and bar AND market is well designed, spacious, elegant yet still non pretentious and inviting, very well done!We were seated promptly and got to enjoy good music on the speakers while perusing the menu, which is vast and suits most people’s dietary preferences and needs.The smoked salmon on croissant was incredible. The crème fraîche was so refreshing with the cucumber, and the amount of salmon was so gratifying. Usually when I order salmon sandwiches it’s like a sliver on salmon with a heck ton of cream cheese but this sandwich was stacked with salmon! Omg. I wish I could eat it again right now if I weren’t so full!Last and certainly not lease, the cherry on top and what probably made the food taste better was the service from Skander! He was so sharp and knowledgeable with the menu, and at the same time kind and warm. I am not used to service like this, and was struck by his excellent conversation, and attentiveness! I looked across the table to my partner and I almost cried and said “omg I never want to leave” as we’re just here on vacation but lived here 3 years ago. In these past 3 years Cassis remains my favorite in St Pete and after today, certainly my favorite on the entire east coast of the states.Thank you so much Skander and Cassis for the excellent experience!

Great fresh-brewed coffee & pastries! A must-have when I’m in downtown St Pete!

I coordinated an event at the restaurant and it was a seamless process from start to finish. Ann was detail oriented and communicative in the planning which made my life much easier!!!

This has been one of my favorite restaurants for many years. There is a wonderful consistency in the level of service and quality of the food. I'm never disappointed. Recently, I have been taking advantage of the early bird specials. I got online to do this review in order to give a particular shout out to my server on my most recent visit, Mauricio. I always enjoy when a good server makes the effort to understand what it is I want and make suggestions, and pace the service by paying attention to my progress.I recommend the early bird menu to others like me who might want to eat early and may be solo. I still enjoy a fine dining experience.

Had my birthday dinner at Cassis in the executive room with a party of 24 and had a great experience! I was a little worried about how everything would go with such a big group, but they handled us really well.Huge shoutout to Ann, the manager, for making sure everything was taken care of, and especially Miranda, our server. She was amazing! Having to take care of 24 people at once definitely isn’t easy, but she was super friendly, attentive and made sure everyone was good throughout the night.The food was great, the atmosphere was nice, and most importantly everyone in my group had a good time. Definitely glad I chose Cassis for my birthday dinner. Thank you Ann, Miranda and the rest of the staff for making it a great night!

We got a reservation here on a Wednesday night and glad we did. Drinks were incredible and the food was top notch. All of that was overshadowed by Maureceo’s service, food and drink recommendations, and attitude. Would definitely stopping in for a date night or drink.

Cassis did an amazing job this morning! The atmosphere is beautiful, the food is always delicious, and the service truly stands out. From the moment we arrived, sebastian and bekhim were super welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. They went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, and their friendly attitude made all the difference. If you’re looking for a great meal with outstanding customer service in a perfect downtown location, I highly recommend Cassis. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very friendly staff, excellent location. We had the Tarpon Greek Salad which was on the specials list (it should be on the main menu, it was DELICIOUS,) and a veggie pizza (thin crust,) also delicious. Ingredients taste high quality and fresh.

We loved the brunch! My mom and I came in for a fast breakfast and we were not disappointed. I ate a delicious avocado toast, which was great, and my mom ate the brioche french toast, which she said was amazing. The service was AMAZING, and our waitress Farrah made sure we had everything we needed. The coffee is great too, I got a latte and put some honey into it! If you’re in St. Petersburg, it’s a great find!

My first espresso martini from Oscar was incredible. Smooth, flavorful, and made with real care. He’s fantastic absolutely five stars.

Farrah and Paula were wonderfully attentive servers for our large party on a Saturday brunch. I never felt like we were waiting for service, and that’s hard to do with a large party of over 25 people! The smoked salmon was incredible!

As a native, I’ve been having brunch all over the gulf coast of Florida for several years. This is literally the best I’ve ever had. From the cocktails, to the truffle fries, to the quiche and steak and all the things—oh my god. So good. And do yourselves a favor. Ask for Paula so you can be seated on her section. She is incredible and brilliant and perfect what she does. Also, got a 50% off deal on this delicious Stoller wine. It’s amazing. So perfect. Love you, Cassis! We’ll be back!

This is our neighborhood favorite and we’re back at least once a week for a reason.Oscar behind the bar is a big part of it. Great personality, makes you feel like a regular from the first visit, and his lemon drop is perfectly balanced every time. Not too sweet, not too tart.The Genovese pizza is what keeps pulling us back. The pesto and mozzarella is the best I’ve ever had. They also have a gluten free crust you honestly cannot tell the difference on, which is rare.Kudos to Oscar at the bar, to the chef, and to the owner for building a place worth coming back to week after week.

We love hosting our private events with Cassis, they always take great care of us! Ann is so amazing to work with to coordinate events, and Farrah did a particularly great job today as our server!

I’ve had the food here a few times sure it’s good. But Tim, the bartender makes the best dirty martini in the City of St. Petersburg. And they fresh stuff the blue cheese olives. That may not be important to some but it’s very important to me. I’ve come here on more than one occasion just for the martinis. Other drinks are good here too and he provides excellent service even on busy nights.

Oh my goodness. All I have to say is wow ! I’m in town from Michigan for the week. And I came to cassis tonight because it was recommended by a friend I met out a couple nights ago. Let me set the scene. I’m by myself, it’s a Friday night. It’s slammed. I sit at the bar in front of their service well (I am also in the restaurant industry so a service well isn’t hard to point out) Morgan is on well. Aka Captain Morgan. She is out of this world incredible to watch. The fastest bartender I have ever seen. She is making drinks non stop for an hour. But also engaging in me. Multitasker let me say! I asked for a rum cocktail. She suggested the banana bliss. That she came up with. And uhhhh her name is on the menu. She makes this banana simple syrup back of house. 10/10. She kept talking ab places to go, recommendations, come back tomorrow for the fourth and experience a night of her life with fire work show and outside bar and sea food boil!!! WHAT I’m bringing friends back. To what seemed like a good friend that also was serving there Claudia ? Came up and and giving me recommendations. She was so nice and beautiful ugh. Both were. She gave me so much info ab sta pete. I’m coming back in a few months for a family reunion. And we will be requesting Morgan for our party. Top tier. You guys Cassis as a whole. Has it going on. 100/10.
