This Labor Day Weekend, treat yourself to something delicious at Cassis! Starting Friday at 11am through Monday, we’ll be serving a special menu crafted by our chefs to capture the flavors of the season.

- Florida Summer Peach Salad – A refreshing mix of Florida peaches, prosciutto di Parma, burrata, heirloom tomato, blueberries, arugula, and pecans.
- Smoked Spare Ribs Kansas City Style – Served with white cheddar mac & cheese, slaw, jalapeño cornbread, and grilled street corn.
- Chef’s Labor Day Burger – A bold Kobe beef burger topped with smoked brisket, crispy onions, ancho chili aioli, and American cheese on a sesame bolillo bun, with sweet potato fries.

- Summer Peach Crostata – Served warm with vanilla ice cream and rum caramel sauce.
